Beginners Pilates Course
Complete Beginners Pilates Course This course is based on my comprehensive beginners course that I teach face to face.
This in depth course lasts for six weeks and gives you two classes per week, one longer 40 minute Pilates mat class and one 20 minute Pilates standing class.
You can do the classes as you choose. Maybe the longer Mat class at weekends, the standing class on a weekday. You can do each class once or twice during the week. And you can even do them together to make a one hour.
